Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/returns. Please keep in mind that some succulents may vary. Items will not be replaced or exchanged for this reason. Plantique By Wendy reserves the right to refuse any returns at anytime.

Delivery Policy

Due to our delicate handling arrangements we are only delivering in our local area. This includes the municipalities of Catano, Toa Alta, Toa Baja, Guaynabo, San Juan, Dorado, Bayamon and Vega Alta at the moment. Your arrangement will be hand-delivered to the address you provide at least 48 hours after your order has been completed. Customers will be responsible for providing the correct address to which the arrangement will be deliver to.
